Our Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags/accessories included
- You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to start a return
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Items marked as final sale, personal care items, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at sorbeya99@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm your return and provide instructions for sending the item back to our warehouse.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a replacement at no charge to you.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or variant, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
7. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet shipped from our warehouse.
